Full-Time Vehicle Detailer

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Vehicle Detailer to join our team in Hickory, NC. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and deliver high-quality cleaning and detailing services to semi trucks, cars, pickup trucks, and specialty vehicles. This role plays a key part in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities ● Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing ○ Washing, waxing, buffing, clay bar, polishing ○ Vacuuming, shampooing carpets & upholstery ○ Cleaning windows, wheels, engine bays ● Apply protective coatings (sealants, ceramic coatings if trained) ● Spot-remove stains, odors, and debris ● Maintain and organize detailing tools and supplies ● Report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues ● Ensure work areas are clean and safe ● Follow company standards and procedures for quality Requirements ● Prior detailing experience preferred, but willing to train motivated applicants ● Valid driver’s license ● Strong work ethic and reliability ● Attention to detail and pride in workmanship ● Ability to work on feet, lift and move equipment (up to ~50 lbs.) ● Good communication and teamwork skills We Offer ● Competitive hourly pay + performance incentives ● Steady full-time hours ● Paid time off (PTO) and holidays ● Training and development opportunities ● Fun, fast-paced team environment Embark on a career where your skills make a real difference!
