Delivery Lead Manager

Lead Delivery Manager Apex Systems is searching for qualified candidates for a Lead Delivery Manager opportunity with one of our top clients based in Glendale, AZ. Job Title: Lead Delivery Manager Location: Glendale, AZ - fully onsite 5 days a week Duration: 6-18 month contract w/ possibility of extension Required Experience: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or 8 years of experience in software development Experience implementing WMS and WES Experience implementing WM systems into new DCs and/or retrofitting WM systems into existing DCs Java technology experience -- J2EE and the Spring framework Database interaction and storage (JDBC, SQL, Oracle) Responsibilities: Lead all project/program delivery in the warehouse management and logistic space Coach team members in coding and development/implementation skills Organize the work and teams for efficient delivery Lead the implementation of application services, frameworks, automation, and infrastructure that the departments, teams, and their projects depend on Evolve platform maturity in automation, operations, stability, and support Estimate development effort, perform resource allocation, and plan implementations and system rollouts Required Skills: Doesn't need to come from a Manhattan background- JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP, any of the major WMS solutions are fine. Needs have a technical/development background and how the code for all the WMS systems interact.
