The instructor will design and deliver data analytics courses, including curriculum planning, lesson preparation, and hands-on lab activities aligned with NeXskill’s standards. Daily responsibilities include teaching classes, mentoring learners, assessing performance through assignments and projects, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with other instructors to update course materials, integrating industry trends and tools, and supporting learners in building portfolios and job-ready skills. The instructor may participate in workshops, info sessions, and outreach activities to promote NeXskill’s training programs.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, including familiarity with data analytics tools, databases, and modern software ecosystems.Candidates should possess Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills to deliver engaging, structured, and inclusive classroom and lab sessions.Candidates should possess Software Development skills to demonstrate practical applications of data analytics in real-world projects.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Experience teaching or mentoring in academic, bootcamp, or corporate training environments is highly beneficial.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive and gender-neutral education.Experience with tools such as Python/R, SQL, data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and basic statistics is an advantage.
