This role will be responsible for building foundational HR processes, supporting talent strategy, and ensuring a strong, compliant, and engaging employee experience.This part-time role based in NYC is ideal for a strategic HR leader who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in startup environments, and is comfortable balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
