What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless order lifecycle. Core Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and gross marginProcess quotes, orders, and follow-ups, providing accurate delivery timelines and updatesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues, including credits, debits, and returnsCollaborate with Operations and Engineering to communicate customer requirementsMonitor and manage pricing agreements and inventory levelsSupport outside sales teams with account coordination and order managementMaintain accurate records and documentation to ensure continuity and informed decision-makingIdentify and escalate issues to management in a timely manner What Your Day Looks Like Manage 50–75 complex orders with multiple line itemsWork with both domestic and international clients on the Power Transmission TeamRotate phone support weeks:~70% of the day handling inbound calls (avg. ~45 calls/day)Remaining time dedicated to order processing, follow-ups, and researchUtilize a headset-based phone system with availability controls for workflow balance What You Bring Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in manufacturing sales support or customer serviceStrong understanding of order entry and product knowledge managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Experience working with ERP systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with QAD ERP systemFamiliarity with CRM tools and pricing structures Key Skills Sales support & account managementOrder entry & ERP systemsCustomer service excellencePricing & data accuracyStrong attention to detailAbility to manage KPIs and deadlines Work Environment & Expectations Team-oriented, fast-paced environment focused on problem-solvingHigh attention to detail and organization requiredStrict attendance policy:Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPunctuality is critical; attendance is tracked using a point system Why Join Us? Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
