Commercial insurance is the core of the agency's business, representing the majority of its portfolio, and this role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining strong client relationships.What You'll DoIn this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, helping them with day-to-day service needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:Serving as the main contact for policyholdersResponding to client questions and service requestsAssisting clients with coverage options and policy changesManaging renewals and endorsementsMaintaining accurate client records in agency systemsResolving client issues in a timely and professional mannerBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationshipsEnsuring compliance with insurance regulations and agency proceduresWhat We're Looking ForActive Property & Casualty (P&C) license required2+ years of experience in commercial lines preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset and ability to work independentlyComfortable working in an office-based, team-oriented settingDetailsJob Type: Full-time, onsiteCompensation: Up to $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
