Youll collaborate with our team to develop detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documentation that move projects from idea to reality. You communicate clearly, manage your time effectively, and maintain a professional yet approachable presence with both clients and teammates.What Youll DoLead portions of design development and construction documentation for small to medium projectsDevelop drawings, models, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD that accurately communicate design intentParticipate in design charettes and create exhibits, studies, and client presentationsConduct field measurements and site visits to understand existing conditions and project contextResearch code and technical requirements to ensure compliance and feasibilityCoordinate with engineers, consultants, and other disciplines for cohesive project integrationSelect materials and finishes aligned with project goals and sustainability practicesReview and implement redlines with precision and ownershipMentor and support production staff as neededTools Youll UseRevit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop), and rendering softwareWhat Youll BringDegree from a NAAB-accredited architecture programActive architectural license35 years of professional experience in architectural design and productionStrong design and detailing skills, with an understanding of materials, codes, and construction methodsProven ability to produce full drawing sets for small to medium projectsExperience with prototypical project specs, ComChecks, and custom detailingA creative mindset and an eye for both aesthetics and practicalityExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsA collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented attitudeWhy Join the Krew:Our Vision:Kinetic Design + Development is pushing the limits of traditional architectural practice.
