Staff Software Engineer (AI Tooling)

Like other successful tools such as Datadog, a seamless, intuitive, high-performing user experience will be vital to this company's success. We are looking for a software engineer who excels at creating fast, reliable, and user-friendly web applications. Given the product's data-rich nature, experience with complex data visualization layouts would be a highly valuable asset. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of industry experience and expert-level proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly TypeScript, D3, React, HTML, and CSS. Experience in founding or working at startups is a major plus, as it demonstrates adaptability, a startup mindset, and experience with rapid iteration and growth. Familiarity with GPT models, including writing prompts or experimenting with AI-powered applications, is also a valued skill, showing a strong interest in emerging technologies and hands-on experience with AI-driven tools. Stage: Series A Team Size: ~15 Location: San Francisco, 5 days a week Responsibilities Build fast, reliable, and user-friendly web applications. Support data-rich product with complex data visualization layouts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and ship features.
