A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Longview, Texas is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its care team. The role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, medication management, wellness visits, and continuity of care. Providers are supported by a collaborative clinical team designed to help physicians spend meaningful time with patients while practicing efficiently.
