Senior Field Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Field Technician role based in Los Angeles County, CA. The Senior Field Technician will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems, including alarm, surveillance, and access control components. The individual will collaborate with clients to understand and implement their security requirements and ensure systems comply with safety regulations. The role also involves training clients on the use of installed systems, conducting routine maintenance checks, and responding to service and repair requests. Qualifications Experience with security system installation, configuration, and maintenance, including alarms, surveillance systems, and access control systems.Technical expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading security devices and associated hardware/software.Familiarity with industry safety standards and compliance requirements.Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide system training.Project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to changing project needs and environments.High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in electronic/security systems or related technical fields are preferred.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
