Role Description This full-time Senior Accountant position is an on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting audit and tax processes. Daily tasks include managing general ledger accounts, reconciling financial data, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end and year-end closings. The Senior Accountant will also collaborate with teams to monitor budgets and provide financial insights that align with the organization’s objectives. Qualifications Strong proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant standards.Proven experience in general ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of journal entries.Skills in data analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.Proficiency in accounting software, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or advanced degree is a plus.
