Weatherization Technician

Learn more at https://www.callrevise.com General Responsibilities: Work in 2-4 person teams to complete weatherization jobs daily, taking direction from crew chief Install insulation, foam board, and complete air sealing in attics, knee walls, and crawlspaces Remove siding, drill holes, and blow insulation into exterior walls, often times working on ladders Install ventilation on roofs Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor Job Requirements: Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times Excellent people skills and focus on superior customer service Must be able to work on ladders, roofs, confined spaces and heights up to 40' Must be on-time daily, prepared, and ready to work Timely completion and accuracy of all work Working closely and harmoniously with other employees and be a team player Performing and documenting complete operational checks for all equipment Adherence to safety and health regulations as required by OSHA, and all company policies Possession of a valid Driver's License (preferred, but not required) Successful completion of pre-employment background screen and drug test Ability to perform overtime and/or on call duties as required Effective written and verbal communication skills Arrive at our office daily by 6:30am to clean and load the truck for the day Experience in the Mass Save Program or other energy efficiency programs is a plus Revise, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
