Sales Representative

Job overview:As a Cortavo Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and closing services revenue opportunities with prospective clients. In this hunting role, you will be required to quickly identify and make contact with the proper target accounts based on the ideal client profile; and then, effectively articulate and position the Company’s services value proposition to increase our market share. You must be adept at engaging with accounts and delivering targeted, relevant, and compelling messaging intended to garner interest in doing business with the Company.This position reports directly to the CEO.Responsibilities:Customer AcquisitionClose and grow sales through professional communication with potential clients in our marketplaceConduct daily outbound call and email efforts to successfully fill the top of the sales pipeline with net new opportunitiesExpand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating our offering effectivelyResearch contacts and accounts for firmographic data and collaborate with marketing on pertinent target messagingPerform due diligence and research prospective accounts to gain knowledge prior to first appointments Manage customer requirements by engaging with clients to understand and anticipate their needsEffectively engage presales resources to build out proper solutions based on client requirementsDeliver technical presentations to decision makers and prospective buyersProgress leads from open to closed wonComplete documentation covering data about contacts, leads, and accounts, as well as your interactions and opportunities in the Company’s CRMMaintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing and marketing strategiesKey Performance IndicatorsMeet new account quotaMeet outbound activity quotaRequired Skills & Qualifications :Minimum 1 year of B2B direct sales experience with emphasis on actively closing net new accountsExperience delivering presentations and strong interpersonal communicationProven ability to connect with key account influencers and decision-makersCommensurate CRM experience, Salesforce preferredProficiency in modern work tools, Microsoft Office Suite and Slack preferredValid driver’s licenseEmployment eligibility: a listing of documents acceptable for establishing identity and employment eligibility can be found on the internet at www.uscis.gov/i-9-central.Work EnvironmentCompetitive salary, as well as employer, contributed health benefitsHybrid work schedule401k contributionAccess to a Company cell phone planA seat on an energetic team that collaborates and pushes each other to be betterA fast-paced but cooperative environment with endless potential for growthCelebration events for team and Company successes throughout the yearFlexible work from home options available after training period.
