Role - Manager - MDM - Data AnalystNotice Period - Immediate JoinerLocation - Raleigh, NC (Onsite)JD:Overview: We are seeking an experienced MDM Data Analyst to support our Master Data Management lead and team. This role is central to advancing our MDM platform — Veeva Network — through new project delivery, data quality initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a strong data background, a high level of independence, and a track record of delivering high-quality outputs in complex data environments.Key Responsibilities:MDM & Data QualityProvide MDM-related requirements definition and analysis to support platform enhancements and new integrationsLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new MDM integrations and enhancements; provide formal sign-off on work requestsPerform data profiling and analysis of new data sources and customer lists to determine MDM universe matches and assess data qualitySupport ad hoc data requests from internal stakeholders across the organizationProject Leadership & CollaborationCollaborate on and lead projects at the intersection of HCP/HCO customer data, CRM adoption, and training initiativesDrive cross-functional interviews and structured data investigations from problem definition through to final deliverableDesign and develop advanced hypotheses and analytical frameworks to guide data investigations with limited oversightDocumentation & CommunicationCreate high-quality technical documentation, including audit frameworks and deliverable outputs suitable for senior leadership reviewTranslate complex data concepts into clearly structured, digestible materials that can be shared across the organizationRequired Qualifications:Total 8+ years of experience with strong background in Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, or data governanceExperience with Veeva Network or comparable MDM platforms strongly preferredProficiency in data profiling, analysis, and interpretation of large, complex datasetsExperience with HCP/HCO data and life sciences CRM ecosystems (e.g., Veeva CRM)Demonstrated ability to perform UAT and provide formal sign-off on system enhancementsExcellent written communication skills; ability to produce structured, professional documentationKey Competencies:Independence & Self-Direction: Manages workload with limited guidance; effectively prioritizes and sets expectations with stakeholdersAnalytical Rigor: Conducts thorough data investigations and drives toward well-structured, evidence-based deliverablesTechnical documentation: demonstrating the ability to absorb and logically structure information into high-quality deliverable outputs with audit frameworks that can be shared across the organization, including senior leadershipCommunication: Able to distill complex technical findings into high-quality outputs for both technical and non-technical audiencesCollaboration: Works effectively across functions; proactively engages stakeholders to understand needs and drive alignmentDetail Orientation: Produces audit-ready documentation and maintains a high standard for data accuracy and
