We’re thrilled to offer a remarkable opportunity for a dynamic HRIS Implementation Project Manager who is not just looking for a job, but a chance to shape the foundation of HR operations as a key player in our transition to new Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This is a project, full-time position, with an expected end date of 12/31/2026.Your MissionIn this role, you’ll oversee the implementation and maintenance of our new HRIS. You’ll utilize expert project and change management practices, exercise leadership in problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking to guide project completion. You’ll analyze and document business processes, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines, facilitate trainings, and conduct quality control activities to support data integrity and continuous improvement efforts.Your SuperpowersAt SHA, we value your unique strengths and experiences. If you have three to five years of project management experience with a focus on planning and implementing HRIS, HMS, or HCM software and tools, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, you might be the perfect fit! Master’s Degree preferred.Three to five years of project management experience with a focus on planning and implementing HRIS, HMS, or HCM software and tools. Additional direct work experience in IT and Human Resources is also desired.Professional certification in project management (PMP) and/or HRIS-specific credentials.As an HRIS Project Manager, you’ll engage with our community directly. While most of your work will be on-site, occasional remote work can enhance productivity and well-being. Currently, remote work opportunities are available 1-3 days per week.
