Its innovative bespoke solutions - such as retrofitting heating elements to prevent outdoor beverage dispensers from failing in low temperatures and custom-made circulation heaters to heat fuel in large ship engines.Join us as we continue to provide solutions to our customers and the world!The Role:As a Welder, you will join our Manufacturing Team and perform intermediate-level welding duties, including structural components and piping, conducting thorough inspections, and troubleshooting minor issues while working with multiple materials.Your Responsibilities:Perform standard production welds and basic repair welding Perform structural welding, piping, and moderate-complexity fabricationIndependently set up and adjust welding equipmentRead and interpret moderately complex engineering drawingsConduct in-process inspections and correct minor defectsSelect appropriate consumables and welding parametersMaintain equipment and ensure work complies with welding codesIdentify hazards and take corrective actionOther duties as assignedOur Requirements:Completed formal welding training2-5 years hands-on welding experienceHolds multiple AWS certifications; qualified for structural and pipe weldingReads and interprets moderately complex drawings; plans basic layouts independentlySkilled in MIG, TIG, Stick processes across multiple positionsExperience with stainless steel and aluminumConducts thorough inspections; understands welding codesSets up equipment independently; selects consumablesApplies OSHA standards consistently; identifies hazardsWorks with moderate supervision; makes routine decisionsMust be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the futurePay Rate: $20.00 - 25.00At Durex, we are not just an employer but a champion of equal opportunities and inclusivity.
