Receptionist (Temporary)

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Receptionist (Temporary). The selected candidate will provide support to various employees and departments in the daily execution of company needs. The selected candidate will be responsible for completing various tasks and projects as needed in a high-paced environment.What You'll DoAnswer, screen, and route telephone calls Greet, screen and badge visitors and guests Update and track the visitor databaseProvide reception to support to the various buildings as needed (may include stocking supplies, support for meetings, checking for badges)Support internal and external meetings including coordinating IT support, scheduling conference rooms and room set upProcess vendor payments, requisitions, and other electronic forms "eForms" as needed Review and process catering requests Procure office supplies, equipment, and related facility needs Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks Maintain filing systems to safeguard complete and accurate recordsCompile data for reports Distribute mailAdditional responsibilities/tasks as assignedWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma with 0+ years of experience Any equivalent combination of education training and experience may be consideredProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteSelected candidate must be a proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasksWays To Stand Out – Preferred RequirementsExperience with answering switchboard telephonesProficient in Word and Excel, specificallyCustomer Service ExperienceWhat Sets Us Apart?SRC, Inc., a not-for-profit research and development company, combines information, science, technology and ingenuity to solve “impossible” problems in the areas of defense, environment and intelligence.
