Little Champs ABA - BCBA Quality Assurance Supervisor Little Champs ABALittle Champs ABA is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and compassionate BCBA Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our growing team. This full-time leadership position will work directly under the Clinical Director to ensure clinical excellence, staff compliance, training quality, and operational support across multiple states.The ideal candidate is a licensed BCBA with strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both clients and clinical staff.Position Summary The BCBA Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee quality assurance processes for clinical services, monitor BCBA and RBT compliance and hours, coordinate trainings and orientations, and provide ongoing support to clinical teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of care and ensuring compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and state regulations.Responsibilities Clinical Quality Assurance Conduct quality assurance reviews for BCBA and RBT documentationMonitor clinical compliance and ensure adherence to ABA best practicesReview treatment plans, supervision logs, session notes, and authorizationsAssist in maintaining company-wide clinical standards and proceduresSupport implementation of quality improvement initiativesStaff Oversight & Support Track and manage BCBA and RBT supervision hours and requirementsMonitor staff credentialing and compliance deadlinesProvide ongoing support and guidance to BCBAs and RBTsCollaborate with clinical leadership to address staff performance concernsHelp ensure clinical teams are supported across multiple statesTraining & Orientation Oversee all staff trainings and new hire orientationsCoordinate onboarding processes for clinical staffAssist with development and implementation of training materialsEnsure staff remain current with required certifications and trainingsSupport continued professional development initiativesAdministrative & Leadership Duties Work closely with the Clinical Director on company-wide initiativesAssist with audits, compliance reviews, and operational processesMaintain organized records and tracking systemsCommunicate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in leadership meetings and support company growth initiativesQualifications Active and unrestricted BCBA certification requiredMaster's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of BCBA experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience working across multiple states preferredExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentBenefits Competitive full-time salaryHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with company matchSupportive leadership teamOpportunities for professional growth and advancementAbout Little Champs ABA Little Champs ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to children and families, including underserved and rural communities.
