Manager, Maintenance Cost Optimization

This pivotal role is responsible for executing productivity projects and maintaining quality while optimizing maintenance expenditures as well as problem-solving and capability building.Job ResponsibilitiesImplement maintenance cost optimization initiativesReduce maintenance costs across Danone North AmericaParticipate with Engineering on capital projects and innovation to ensure maintenance cost efficiencyLead best practice identification and deployment across the manufacturing networkDrive reduction of maintenance costs through supplier management, sourcing strategies, and partner collaborationBenchmark maintenance best practices and drive standardized implementationPartner with appropriate function to ensure maintenance cost optimizationReview and implement reverse engineering opportunities and alternative strategies to reduce maintenance repair parts inventory and spendImplement standardized storeroom best practices and regional approach to spare parts to reduce inventory and improve availabilitySupport development and implementation of technical training center for capability buildingOperational ExecutionProvide local support in the implementation of Infosys as an external partner to standardize purchasing practices and reduce overall maintenance spendEnsure MVP is optimized to minimize excess spare parts inventoryAssist manufacturing plants in the development of annual maintenance budgets and forecast updatesStandardize PM plans and execution across like technology and platforms in the organizationProvide support to manufacturing sites to enable sustainable execution of maintenance initiativesDevelop and review scorecard and metrics on PM execution. The salary range for this position is $105,000.00- $140,000.00 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
