Come join a fantastic team in an exciting, fast paced, and ever-growing industry!FST is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician in Santa Clara, CA.Role: Mechanical TechnicianSchedule: Night shift, 12 hours shift, compressed work week scheduleJob Responsibilities:Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems. Conduct daily rounds and readings. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating and cooling systemsConducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance dutiesAssignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parametersSome degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problemsExperience / Requirements:Experience in facility mechanical systems operations and maintenance (boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, building exhaust, water movement, etc.).
