Key Task: The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to the design and perform software development for new mission capabilities. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with software and system developers to integrate and test software components to meet requirements. May support projects that operate in an Agile or Tradition (waterfall) environment .
Job RequirementsMinimum of ten (10) years in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution. The individual must be able to communicate directions and provide guidance to junior programmer/analysts, as required
Minimum of six (6) years of experience developing software with high level languages such as Java
Minimum four (4) years' experience developing software for UNIX/Linux (Redhat) operating systems.

Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Experience with Jenkins Continuous Integration Tool
Experience with concurrent/threaded applications/components
Understanding of digital signal processing
X-MIDAS experience is a plus
Education/CertificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technology field
