Corporate Paralegal

Onsite Location: Scottsdale, AZCompensation: $100,000 to $120,000 annuallyWorkplace Location: Fully OnsitePOSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Corporate Paralegal will have a strong understanding of corporate governance, associated knowledge management, and strong cross-functional skills to collaborate across teams and departments. This position will also provide transaction support related to M&A, joint venture, and venture capital investment activities.
