What you will do as our next Front Office Manager
Be a Leaderas you assign duties and schedule all shifts to Guest Service Representatives. Observes performances to ensure adherence to hotel properties and establish operating procedures..
Put our best foot forward as you oversee front desk duties, making sure to treat our guests in accordance with Prominence standards.
Showcase your organizational and leadership skills as you cultivate strong working relationships and communications with hotel staff, executive staff and other departments to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfillment of special event/guest needs

What you need to be successful as a Front Office Manager
Strong organizational, computer, and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Possess a positive upbeat attitude and be an effective listener, prepared to understand and solve issues quickly both face-to-face and on the phone.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is a plus.
Strong Customer Service background requires, hotel experience a plus.
Attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
