Specialist, Talent Acquisition

Job PurposeDirect and execute full life-cycle recruiting program, including sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates using creative recruitment methods internally and externally.Essential FunctionsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with respective hiring leaders, candidates, and third-party staffing agencies to create partnerships that yield successful, predictable results and credibilityConsult with management to identify recruiting needs; process job requisitionsDevelop and lead recruiting programs and strategies, including college recruiting, diversity, relocation, vendor management, technology, and others as neededLeverage online recruiting resources to identify, attract, and recruit talent; source, develop, and deploy creative advertising programs to find quality candidates and develop effective talent pipelinesCreate and maintain an effective internal job posting process to support internal growth and quality talent retention; ensure process is followedEfficiently screen applications and conduct phone screens with qualified candidates, capturing detailed notes to assist the hiring managerSupport the interview process by scheduling interviews with hiring managers in a timely mannerMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all searches, candidates, hiring managers' interaction, and other recruiting activitiesOrganize, lead, and document recruitment strategy sessions with hiring managers and post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidatesFully utilize applicant tracking system for sourcing, recruiting, reporting, and tracking candidate statusCreate and deliver offers of employment; administer appropriate pre-employment assessments and reference/background checksAssist with new hire orientation and onboarding to welcome and retain staffCreate tools and provide training to hiring managers for the recruitment process to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulationsMaintain human resource information system records through timely entering of new hires, employee statuschanges, and terminations; compile employee reports as needed; maintain employee filing systemAssist with various human resource programs, projects, and administrative supportComply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and proceduresPerform other job-related duties as assignedQualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience3+ years of successful, high-volume recruiting experienceExperience in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience working with staffing agencies preferredAdditional human resource administration experience preferredKnowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to employmentStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, as well as experience with HRIS, preferably ADPProfessional and approachable demeanor with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsCultural competency; experience/ability to work and interact effectively with a diverse, multicultural audienceDetail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workAbility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentAbility to travel to attend off-site recruitment events as neededCompensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPI352ef6f5033a-5508
