If you’re enthusiastic about making a measurable impact in the financial services space, we invite you to grow with us.Position SummaryThis is a sales development and client relationship role, not a passive administrative position as the Advisor’s territory grows into expanding markets.The Client Relations Representative (CRR) Is Responsible ForDriving appointment generation from warm and event-based leadsExecuting and supporting 8–10 marketing events per quarterInitiating new client onboarding paperwork with precisionOwning outreach metrics and performance goalsYou will work directly alongside the Advisor to expand market presence across Litchfield, Avon, and Danbury. This role includes regular local travel between offices and event venues (mileage reimbursed). Success in this position directly impacts revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development & Appointment SettingExecute outbound follow-up on workshop attendees, seminar leads, and internal marketing listsSecure a minimum of 6+ first-time kept advisor appointments per weekReactivate dormant leads and no-showsMaintain a persistent follow-up cadence until leads are booked, declined, or disqualifiedTrack and report KPIs including: Outreach volume, Appointments set, Show rate, Conversion rateLog all activity in CRM (Redtail) same dayMaintain a high-energy phone presence with strong closing capabilityApproximately 70% of this role is phone-based sales activity.Marketing & Event Execution (8–10 Per Quarter)In Partnership With The Advisor And Marketing TeamScout and recommend venuesCoordinate contracts and approvalsManage RSVPs and confirmationsOversee check-in and event-day logisticsConduct same-day or next-day follow-up to maximize appointment conversionCollaborate on additional initiatives (e.g., lunch & learns)This role requires comfort engaging prospects face-to-face at public events.Client Service & Onboarding SupportInitiate new client onboarding paperworkAccurately prepare applications, transfer forms, and client profile documentationSubmit complete documentation to the New Business team (Westbrook office)Ensure compliance and accuracy in all paperwork (this role submits — does not manage follow-up processing)Coordinate Advisor calendars for efficiencyMaintain professional office and reception presenceRequirementsMust-Have QualificationsBackground And ExperienceMinimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, with demonstrated ownership of KPIs and measurable performance results.
