A company is looking for a Coding Manager with experience in Radiation Oncology and Infusion Therapy coding.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts quality analysis of coding and abstracting for accuracy and compliance
Serves as a resource for coding-related issues and analyzes data for patterns of denials/errors
Prepares projections for department budget and ensures quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 years of relevant work experience
Coding certification required
Licensure in a discipline specific to the role
Expertise in medical coding
