Risepoint brings single-minded dedication to student success, an integrated set of services, and data-driven performance to our collaboration with university partners.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the implementation project plan including implementation schedule, outstanding items, project risks and escalation processesLead university partners from contract signing through the full implementation of administrative processes and data integration to support an accelerated online learning modelUnderstand the current university partner current processes and provide recommendations to the partner based on online best practices. Additionally, help guide the university leadership to accept these recommendations.Document business process architecture efficiently and in ways that facilitate implementation of solutionsAdvise partner of methodologies, industry standards, best practices, and frameworks best suited for their present readiness to sustain value, as they scale onlineManage the cross functional team at the university and Risepoint to implement the key aspects of the recommendations.Liaise with top management and University Leadership in the development of project/implementation plans and supporting collateral leveraging established best practices,Continually refine Risepoint Online Best Practices Documents and methodologies based on university feedback, changing technology landscape, and Risepoint investments and partnerships.Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive continuous improvementDeliver presentations to key University leaders outlining best practices, the integration process and timelines for completion of defined projectsAdvise Senior Management on emerging trends and their impact on strategiesTrain and lead internal team to conduct process reengineering and project management of launches.Manage the project launch process including coordinating of marketing, academic services and IT resources at both Risepoint and partner university for a successful program launch.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field is requiredPMP Certification is required5 years project management experience; preferably in online degree program managementExperience working in Higher Education is requiredDemonstrated experience in consulting and/or training and development; system implementation, and requirements gathering is requiredProven ability to lead multiple projects and project teams simultaneously with a history of delivering on schedule and within budgetProven ability to collaborate effectively on large scale projects with staff at all levels in a university settingFlexible, self-starter who is willing to take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic business cultureStrong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate professionals to operate as a cohesive group in a matrixed environmentAbility to communicate with a cross functional team that is geographically dispersed and of different professional backgrounds (i.e. University Administration, Admissions Office, Technology Team, etc.)Advanced knowledge of Workfront, Visio and PowerPoint, ExcelOtherAbility to travel up to 30%Risepoint is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.Risepoint Offers The Following Comprehensive Benefits18 days PTO + Winter Shutdown 12 designated holidays + 1 floating holiday Medical – four options Dental Vision Life & Disability (company paid) Flexible Spending Account & Health Savings Account Retirement plan with company match Maternity / Paternity / Parental Leave (company paid) Volunteer Time Off Supplemental BenefitsWellness programAlternative medicine optionsPet discountsAccident, Critical Illness and Hospital IndemnityPersonal And Professional DevelopmentContinuous Professional and Leadership Development Programs Tuition Reimbursement for employees and their dependents Rewards & Recognition programsRisepoint is an equal-opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
