This role focuses on delivering scalable low-code and BPM solutions using Appian or comparable platforms.The ideal candidate will possess strong enterprise application development experience, leadership capabilities, and expertise in workflow automation, integrations, and software delivery methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, deploy, and support enterprise low-code applicationsDevelop BPM and workflow automation solutionsWork with Appian or comparable low-code technologiesSupport integrations using web services, JMS, FTP, and related technologiesCollaborate within Agile/Scrum development teamsSupport enterprise application architecture and deployment activitiesWork with relational databases and SQL-based systemsParticipate in client discussions, presentations, and technical planningEnsure application scalability, performance, and maintainabilityRequired Qualifications10+ years of related IT experience3+ years of Appian or comparable low-code development experienceStrong background in BPM and enterprise software deliveryExperience with SQL and relational database designFamiliarity with application servers, web servers, and operating systemsStrong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsAppian Certified Lead Developer certification or comparableExperience in CRM or workflow automation platformsExperience supporting enterprise modernization initiativesEducationBA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fieldMaster’s degree may substitute for additional years of experience
