Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aubrey, TX, for an Advanced Practice Provider. The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver comprehensive care by conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating patients, and managing treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patient medical histories, performing physical exams, prescribing medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care. The provider will also educate patients on wellness and preventive care practices. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, obtaining medical histories, and performing physical examinationsStrong diagnostic and decision-making skills to develop effective treatment plansExperience with prescribing medication and monitoring patient outcomesAbility to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient careKnowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare documentation standardsStrong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skillsActive licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in TexasAdvanced certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or related specialty is preferredCommitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
