Surgical Tech Location: Fort Worth, TX Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,032 to $1,232 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The clinician will prepare the operating room, sterilize and set up instruments and supplies, and provide procedural support to the surgical team to promote patient safety and procedural efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). Current BLS certification. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist in an operating room surgical environment. Strong neuro surgery experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with complex neurosurgical procedures and instrumentation. Experience with sterile processing workflow and advanced OR technology.
