Construction Project Manager (Commercial General Contractor) Location: Charleston, SC Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum base + bonus About the Company A mid sized commercial general contractor based in Charleston is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team. The company delivers a range of commercial construction projects across sectors including commercial offices, healthcare and retail, and has built a strong reputation in the local market for quality work and repeat client relationships. The team is close knit and takes pride in maintaining a positive, supportive culture where people enjoy working together. All projects are based in the Charleston area, with no travel required, and typically range in value from $1M to $20M, offering the opportunity to be part of a collaborative local team while working on a variety of commercial builds.
