Craig as a Rest Area Worker – where your efforts help provide a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for travelers passing through our beautiful state.What You'll Do:Under supervision and with clear direction, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the rest area in line with our state contract. No two days are quite the same!Your responsibilities will include:Cleaning and restocking restrooms (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)Maintaining the cleanliness of all buildings and groundsAssisting the public when needed with a friendly, helpful attitudeReporting any maintenance issues to your supervisorFollowing your daily schedule and attending team meetingsPitching in on special projects when assignedCommunicating openly and respectfully with your supervisor and co-workersWhat You Bring:A strong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the dayA high school diploma or GEDA valid state-issued IDMust pass a background check and driver's license record checkBilingual skills are a plus, but not requiredPerks of the Role:Be part of a supportive teamHelp travelers have a positive experience on the roadStable, weekday schedule with one weekend dayOpportunity to grow within a community-focused organizationWe welcome individuals with disabilities to apply.
