Job Summary And Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group, a Multi-specialty Group (Cardiology, Neurology, Primary Care, Geriatric, GI, Urology and others) which includes a well‑established Primary Care service line with a strong built‑in referral base, is seeking a General Urologist. This is an employed opportunity with a high volume of procedures, including ample surgical cases and OR time.

New service line
No pediatrics
40-60 daily patients between Physicians
Post‑surgery rounding for inpatient procedures on clinic patients
85% in clinic, 15% surgery
Typical Procedures - Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, TRUS Measurement, TRUS Biopsy, Testopel Implant, Urodynamics
Call: 7 days per month
Ideal Candidate
Has excellent clinical and leadership skills
Will collaborate with leadership to design, develop, implement and execute roll out of the service line
Is entrepreneurial in spirit. Will direct and supervise the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, programs, procedures and budgets for all aspects of clinical care, medical education and research for the service line
Is dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to the patients of the Prescott Area
Is a member of good standing of the medical staff of the hospital
Is duty licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona
Is board certified or board eligible in their specialty
Demonstrates a work history of positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital‑based providers, administrators and patients
Demonstrates advanced competency in their specialty

Completion of a residency and a fellowship in Urology, in ACGME approved programs
Current BC/BE in Urology
Valid state medical license as MD or DO
Valid DEA certificate
New grad or experienced Urologist

$500,000 - $680,000 /year
