Creative Graphic Designer

Description:This role is for a creative graphic designer within the company’s in-house Concept + Design Studio, supporting global marketing and brand campaigns. The designer will help create visually engaging content across digital, print, social, experiential, and outdoor advertising platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign eye-catching creative assets for:Digital campaignsSocial mediaOOH (out-of-home advertising)Experiential brand activationsPrint materialsTurn cultural trends and social insights into compelling visual campaigns.Collaborate with Art Directors, Senior Designers, and leadership to:Develop new content formatsMaintain brand consistencyUpdate templates and style guidesHandle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Quickly adapt designs based on trends, feedback, and real-time cultural moments.Support projects from ideation through final presentation.Required Skills & QualificationsDegree in Graphic Design or related creative field.Around 3+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house).Strong expertise in:Adobe PhotoshopIllustratorInDesignAdobe FireflyStrong understanding of:TypographyCompositionVisual hierarchyPrint + digital design systemsStrong portfolio showing:Creative thinkingDesign processHigh-quality executionMust be:Detail-orientedOrganizedGood at time managementComfortable presenting ideasAdaptable and proactiveIdeal CandidateSomeone who is:Passionate about branding and visual storytellingTrend-aware and culturally informedComfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy creative studioAble to balance creativity with brand consistency
