3rd Shift Maintenance Tech

Are you an experienced technician ready to minimize production downtime and ensure machinery runs smoothly?About The RoleThis role focuses on maintaining and ensuring the efficient operation of roll-form machines. It aims to reduce production downtime by proactively addressing machinery and tooling needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, adjust, repair, maintain, and rebuild roll form machinery, tooling, and ancillary equipment.Perform routine and preventive maintenance for safe and efficient production.Read blueprints and set rolls to CAD data accurately.Layout and grind rolls to specified tolerances.Assist with design changes for machines and equipment.Perform other related duties as assigned to support the plant.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent, trade school, journeyman's program, or formal training as a Maintenance Technician.At least two years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatics systems in a roll forming or metal stamping environment preferred.Understanding of mechanical, air, hydraulic systems, and tools.Knowledgeable in working with basic electric 110/220/480 volt systems.Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.Strong organizational and communication skills.At Talent Wave Associates, we connect outstanding talent with exceptional opportunities.
