This role plays a key part in delivering elevated, resort-style service while driving revenue, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume luxury environment.The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with strong food and beverage experience, a natural presence on the floor, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining exceptional service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all restaurant, bar, and service operations across pool and beach venuesDeliver seamless, high-touch service experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and on-property spendDrive food and beverage revenue through service excellence, upselling, and creative guest experiencesManage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and venue readinessLead, train, and inspire pool and beach service teams, bartenders, and attendantsMaintain luxury presentation standards across all dining areas, menus, stations, and service pointsCollaborate with the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage leadership on menu execution and promotionsMonitor guest feedback and address service concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulationsControl labor costs, manage inventory, and support departmental budgetingAssist with resort events, activations, and seasonal programming at pool and beach outletsQualifications and Experience3-5 years of food and beverage management experience in a luxury hotel or resortStrong background in pool, beach, or outdoor dining operationsPrevious Caribbean or resort experience preferredProven leadership ability in fast-paced, high-energy service environmentsSolid financial understanding, including labor management and revenue optimizationExcellent communication skills with a strong guest-focused mindsetHands-on leadership with a player-coach mentalityKnowledge of pool safety and lifeguard operations is considered an assetWhat We OfferCompetitive salary USD of $60,000 - $70,000Opportunity to lead vibrant pool and beach dining experiences in a luxury resort settingCareer growth potential within a premium hospitality environment
