*Wireless Associate* We are seeking a motivated, full-time Wireless Associate to join our growing team! Our expanding business campaigns focus on direct customer engagement, building meaningful relationships, and creating positive experiences through face-to-face interactions. We work closely with our clients to increase brand awareness, introduce customers to valuable products and services, and support their ongoing business growth. If you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping customers, we encourage you to apply! *Daily Responsibilities of a Wireless Associate:* * Assist with the planning and execution of customer outreach initiatives and promotional campaigns under the guidance of senior management. * Learn about client products, wireless services, and current promotions to confidently communicate their features and benefits to potential customers. * Engage directly with customers in face-to-face settings, answer general questions, and provide clear information to help them understand available products and services. * Support sales and marketing initiatives by creating positive customer interactions and helping clients achieve their campaign objectives. * Work closely with fellow team members to coordinate daily activities, meet campaign goals, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. * Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and development opportunities to strengthen product knowledge, communication techniques, and sales skills. * Monitor campaign feedback and customer responses, sharing relevant observations with team leaders to support continuous improvement. * Stay informed about current sales approaches, promotional activities, and client expectations to contribute effectively to team performance. * Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability when representing our clients and their products in customer-facing environments. *Requirements for a Wireless Associate:* * Must be available to work full-time and begin promptly. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Willingness to travel locally as needed for customer outreach, promotional activities, and campaign assignments. * Comfortable engaging with potential customers face-to-face in a direct sales and marketing environment. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds. * A positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn new products, services, and sales techniques.
