The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery, helping them restore mobility, improve strength, and maximize functional independence. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized rehabilitation plans while delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients physical conditions, mobility limitations, and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized therapy treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate care Support patients in improving strength, balance, flexibility, and range of motion Ensure compliance with facility policies and rehabilitation best practices Requirements Active Physical Therapist (PT) license Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
