This role is key in supporting on-site Service Managers and maintenance teams to ensure top-notch resident satisfaction, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and consistent execution of company policies.What you'll do:Lead and mentor Service Managers and maintenance teams.Oversee maintenance operations, inspections, and compliance.Support preventive maintenance and quality assurance programs.Respond to emergencies and ensure readiness for regulatory reviews.Drive operational efficiency and partner with vendors.Why Berger?
