As Sales & Inventory Coordinator, you'll be the connective tissue between our greenhouse and our sales team. You'll track what plants are available, photograph them for sales use, and make sure the information our team relies on is accurate and up to date. It's a role that combines organizational work, basic photography, and day-to-day communication with both greenhouse staff and the people managing customer orders. About Us Micro Paradox is a specialty plant laboratory that produces disease-free, lab-propagated plants for commercial nurseries across the United States and internationally. Our plants are grown using tissue culture, a propagation method that ensures they are clean, uniform, and true to type. Micro Paradox offers a unique work environment: a small, highly technical operation where the work is hands-on, our products and services continue to grow and evolve, and the impact of what we produce can be seen in grocery stores and plant nurseries in the United States and beyond. What You'll Do Maintain accurate plant availability lists and inventory records Photograph plant material for sales and marketing use; organize and upload images to company systems Coordinate with greenhouse staff to confirm quantities and stage plants for shipment Support the sales team with availability information for customer inquiries Assist with order preparation and generate operational reports as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with spreadsheets or inventory/database systems Clear communicator who can work across teams Able to work in a greenhouse environment; comfortable on your feet and able to lift 30 lbs High school diploma or equivalent required Interest in horticulture or agriculture is a plus = but not required Compensation & Benefits $20.50-22.50/hour, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick leave 4% matching 401(k) after 1 year Work hours Monday through Friday Equal Opportunity Employer Micro Paradox provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
