We specialize in European, luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles, offering expert service, diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, detailing, transport, and vehicle management solutions.We are growing and looking for a highly skilled Master Automotive Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, efficiency, and doing things the right way.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a technician who is confident working on European and high-end vehicles, can perform advanced diagnostics and repairs independently, and understands the level of care and professionalism required when working on enthusiast and collector cars.This is not an entry-level or general service role. We are looking for someone who can diagnose complex issues, execute repairs properly, and help uphold a high standard of technical excellence within the shop.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehiclesDiagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, suspension, cooling, engine, and performance-related issuesPerform repairs and services with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and accuracyConduct inspections and identify needed repairs or preventative maintenanceUse OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools and service information systemsComplete work orders and document findings clearly and professionallyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport quality control and final verification of completed repairsCollaborate with service advisors and management to ensure an excellent client experienceHelp mentor or guide less experienced technicians when neededWe are looking for someone who:Has strong experience working on European vehiclesIs comfortable with classic, high-end, performance, and exotic carsCan confidently diagnose and repair vehicles without excessive supervisionTakes pride in clean workmanship and attention to detailUnderstands that working on specialty vehicles requires patience, care, and accountabilityIs dependable, organized, and professionalWants to grow with a company that is building something different in the automotive spacePreferred Experience10+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (preferred)Strong experience with European brands is a plus, such as:•Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz AMG•Ferrari, Maserati•Aston Martin, Lotus•Bentley / Rolls-Royce / Lamborghini / McLarenAdvanced diagnostic and troubleshooting experienceEngine, suspension, cooling system, electrical, engine repair, transmission repair and A/C systemsExperience with classic cars, performance vehicles or enthusiast builds is a strong plusASE certifications are a plus, but real-world skill and experience matter mostWhat is required to apply:Valid driver's licenseOwn tools requiredAbility to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standardsStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced but detail-oriented environmentWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on interesting, high-end, enthusiast, and collector vehiclesA growing brand with a strong vision and premium clienteleProfessional work environmentOpportunity for long-term growthCompetitive pay based on experience and skill levelWhy Rev Auto ClubAt Rev Auto Club, we are building more than a repair shop — we are creating a premium automotive destination for people who truly care about their cars.
