Storage Engineer - Pure Storage FlashArray

We are seeking a Storage Engineer with strong Pure Storage expertise to support enterprise storage infrastructure initiatives within a large-scale, fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in deploying, configuring, and supporting Pure Storage solutions while coordinating with infrastructure, virtualization, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of storage projects.The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strong organizational and communication skills, enabling them to drive storage deployments from planning through implementation while navigating complex enterprise environments.ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, and support Pure Storage FlashArray solutions within enterprise environments.Design, implement, and maintain ActiveCluster configurations to support high availability and disaster recovery requirements.Lead storage infrastructure deployment activities and coordinate implementation efforts across multiple teams.Partner with virtualization, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless storage integration.Support VMware environments by provisioning, optimizing, and troubleshooting storage resources.Manage storage-related project activities, including planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Troubleshoot storage performance, connectivity, and operational issues within Fibre Channel SAN environments.Quickly adapt to internal tools, processes, and operational workflows.Provide technical leadership and guidance during storage implementation and migration initiatives.Required Qualifications5+ years of storage engineering experience in enterprise environments.Hands-on experience with Pure Storage FlashArray administration, deployment, and support.Strong experience with Pure Storage ActiveCluster.Experience supporting and integrating storage solutions within VMware environments.Strong knowledge of Fibre Channel SAN architecture, zoning, multipathing, and connectivity.Experience leading infrastructure deployments and coordinating across multiple technical teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance technical execution with project coordination and operational responsibilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting large-scale enterprise or hyperscale environments.Experience with storage migrations, upgrades, and data center initiatives.Familiarity with enterprise monitoring, automation, and infrastructure management tools.Knowledge of storage best practices related to performance, resiliency, and scalability.Additional InformationOpportunity to work within a highly visible enterprise infrastructure program.Strong mix of hands-on engineering, deployment leadership, and cross-functional coordination responsibilities.
