This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational and financial success.We are looking for a hands-on leader with a positive, motivating leadership style and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams, elevate service culture, and maximize hotel performance.What You’ll DoAs General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, associate engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance. You will serve as the strategic leader of the property while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a customer-focused culture that drives guest loyalty, associate engagement, and operational excellenceOversee all hotel operations, ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards, service quality, and profitability goalsAnalyze operational and financial performance including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, forecasting, labor management, and expense controls to maximize resultsDevelop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and strategic initiativesRecruit, mentor, develop, and lead department managers and hotel associates to build a high-performing leadership teamDrive accountability through coaching, performance management, and ongoing development initiativesMaintain strong visibility throughout the hotel, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, product quality, and guest service standardsBuild relationships within the local community and represent the hotel and management company in a professional and positive mannerPartner closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansionEnsure compliance with company policies, brand standards, safety regulations, and HR practicesParticipate in corporate initiatives, leadership meetings, and operational committees as neededWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as a Hotel General Manager requiredHilton brand experience strongly preferredDemonstrated success leading high-volume hotel operations with strong guest satisfaction and financial resultsStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor controls, and profitability metricsProven ability to recruit, lead, coach, and retain high-performing teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skillsPassion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiencesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environmentWhy Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to lead a successful and highly visible hotel in one of the country’s most vibrant hospitality markets.
