This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with proven people management skills to build high-performing teams that deliver scalable, reliable solutions serving major global energy companies. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Lead Software Developer will oversee the entire software development lifecycle—from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
