Host/Hostess PositionThe Grill Room is seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive first and last impression for our guests by maintaining a professional, pleasant, and helpful attitude while greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and fulfilling their needs.Responsibilities:Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile.Escort guests to their table and present menus.Take reservations and manage the waitlist.Understand the menus and cocktail service in detail.Provide excellent customer service to guests.Work in a high-volume environment.Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Answer multiple phone lines and take accurate messages.Operate POS system to process payments and manage orders if needed.Maintain a clean and organized host stand area.Requirements:1 year of customer service experience.Ability to work in a high-volume environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work multiple phone lines.Ability to operate POS system.
