Base pay range $65.00/hr - $70.00/hr Position: TIBCO Migration Specialist Location: 100% REMOTE – Eastern Hours Must Have Skills At least 3 years of TIBCO, migrating ideally to .Net but .Net is not required Client is migrating their legacy TIBCO app to .Net Description Analyze existing TIBCO applications and services to understand their architecture and functionality Develop a comprehensive migration strategy and roadmap for transitioning TIBCO applications to .NET Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope Design and implement .NET solutions that replicate or enhance the functionality of existing TIBCO applications Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated applications to ensure they meet performance and quality standards Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the migration process Document migration processes, including architecture diagrams, code changes, and testing results Monitor and troubleshoot issues during and after the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to TIBCO and .NET technologies Qualifications Proven experience with TIBCO products (e.g., TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS) and .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, etc.) Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies Experience in migrating applications from TIBCO to .NET frameworks Proficient in database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and web services (REST/SOAP) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Relevant certifications in TIBCO or .NET technologies are a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Consulting, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting, IT System Design Services, and Information Services J-18808-Ljbffr
