Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,312–$2,443 per week - Guaranteed hours: 0.0 - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 4x10-hour days - Start date: 05/11/2026 - Work setting: Home Healthcare - Hospice, with OR surgical services responsibilities Responsibilities - Provide professional nursing care as an OR Circulator for patients across the age spectrum during operative procedures. - Circulate intraoperatively, assisting the surgical team with equipment, instrumentation, and sterile technique to support safe patient care. - Coordinate care planning with the surgical services team and other disciplines as needed; monitor patient status throughout the procedure. - Support perioperative processes such as instrument counts and specimen labeling, while maintaining patient safety and comfort. - Communicate effectively with the anesthesia team and postoperative teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate handoffs where applicable within the scope specified for the role. Requirements - Active Registered Nurse license in California or as otherwise required by the state practice rules. - OR Circulator experience or demonstrated ability to provide intraoperative nursing care within a surgical services setting. - Ability to work in an operating room environment and adhere to perioperative standards. - Availability to work a 4x10-hour day shift and participate in a travel assignment. - Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. - Willingness to travel and adapt to assignment requirements.
