Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs a Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the pipelines and warehouses that turn raw data into a resource the business can trust.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline DevelopmentDesign and build ETL/ELT pipelines that move data from source systems to the warehouseModel data for analytics and reporting use casesOptimise pipeline performance and manage compute and storage costsData Quality & GovernanceBuild validation and monitoring so pipeline failures surface immediatelyDocument data lineage, schemas, and definitions for downstream usersPartner with analytics and product teams on their data requirementsIdeal Candidate Profile2 to 6 years building data pipelines or warehouse infrastructureStrong SQL skills plus experience with Python or Scala for pipeline developmentExperience with a modern data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setupPreferred QualificationsExperience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect)Exposure to streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis) and real-time pipelinesA degree in computer science, statistics, or a related fieldWhat We OfferA data engineer seat at a VC-backed SaaS company's founding India teamRemote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placementOwnership of the data infrastructure every downstream team depends onOne application considered for this and future matched rolesHiring ProcessHR Screening → Technical Assessment → Technical Round 1 → Technical Round 2 → Culture Fit
