Transition to Manufacturing Project Manager position in Camden, NJ.US Citizenship is required for this positionActive / Current Secret Security Clearance IS REQUIRED to apply for this position1st Shift 06:30 AM-8:00 AM start time M-F with every other Friday off (9/80 work schedule)Work will be onsiteJob Description:• The Transition to Manufacturing Project Manager will act as the Primary Operations leader for the project to oversee a design project from prototype to full-scale high-speed manufacturing within the Camden site. They will work with Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, and Sector Resources to align manufacturing capabilities with the program need.• This individual will report directly to the Operations Division leader and have dotted-line reporting to the Program Manager.Skills/Experience:Essential Functions:• Responsible for developing schedule and daily execution and reporting status to Operations and Program Leadership• Work with Technical Leads to Design for Manufacturing. Process feedback from Manufacturing and Test Engineering teams to Program team.• Attend Customer meetings and reviews as necessary, and act as Operations Lead during Design Reviews.• Facilitate Operations, Manufacturing and Quality participation in design development to identify and address manufacturability, testability and inspectability issues• Collaborate with Program Management, Supply Chain, and other functional organizations across the program• Lead the organization in the development and implementation of operating philosophies and business strategies• Visit other manufacturing sites to review best practices.• Develop, implement and sustain success metrics, incorporating best practices• Experience with manufacturing of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)Qualifications:• High School Diploma / GED minimum education. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
