Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Research Assistant role based in The Woodlands, TX. The Clinical Research Assistant will support research studies by coordinating patient participation, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with clinical trial protocols and regulatory requirements. The role includes collaborating with the research team, maintaining accurate medical records, and assisting with laboratory procedures when needed. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and external partnersKnowledge of Medical Terminology and experience working in healthcare settingsProficiency in Research methods, including data collection and analysisBasic Laboratory Skills, including handling and managing samplesAttention to detail and excellent organizational abilitiesProficiency with electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work efficiently in an on-site clinical environmentPrior experience in clinical research or healthcare is a plusBachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
